Q: How do I obtain the free trial?
A: All MiniPay users new to Mdundo Music will be eligible for the free trial. You can activate the "Free Plan" directly on the homepage by clicking "Continue". If you have already used the free trial, this option will no longer appear.
Q: Why am I charged $0.001 when activating the free plan?
A: Because our music subscription system operates on the Celo blockchain, therefore you are responsible for the network processing fees, which typically range from $0.001 to $0.002 and are subject to fluctuation.
Q: What happens when the free trial ends?
A: Your access to premium music will automatically pause after the trial period. To continue service, manually select a new plan (Daily/Weekly/Monthly) from the homepage.
Q: Are the plans auto-renew?
A: No auto-renewal. All plans are single-cycle subscriptions.
Q: How do I cancel my music plan?
A: Active plans cannot be cancelled mid-cycle. Your subscription will automatically expire at the end of the paid period with no further charges.
